Education: Dr. Marzouk earned his Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine from Cairo University and holds numerous certifications in hospitality management, food safety, and quality management from esteemed institutions such as the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute and Modul University, Austria.
Professional Experience: Dr. Marzouk has held several pivotal roles, including Regional Director of Hygiene for European Co. for Restaurants & Tourism Projects, overseeing operations from Nile Cruises ASW-LUX and restaurants such as Rossini-Carlos Heliopolis. He served as the Regional Director of Quality at Red Sea Hotels, managing quality control and assurance across 20 hotels, and was the CEO of I-Smart For Housekeeping Service. His extensive expertise is further demonstrated through his freelance contributions with the Egyptian Hotel Association and the World Health Organization.
Specializations: A specialist in HACCP systems and food safety training, Dr. Marzouk has been instrumental in developing stringent food safety standards and practices within the hospitality industry.
Contributions: His leadership extends to training hotel staff and management, facilitating the implementation of food safety and sustainability certifications, and crafting comprehensive food safety risk management systems.
